September this year saw the launch of new celebrity driven fashion brand ‘She Died of Beauty’, born from the minds of supermodel Erin O’Connor and stylist Kate Halfpenny (who happen to be best friends!) The duo describe their project as ‘A teasing and yet affective tickle at the fashion industry we continue to love, honour and serve!’.  The cheeky slogans on the front of their monochrome tees are reminiscent of the ‘Keep Calm and Carry On’ products that seem to be everywhere. The simple messages with all their fairytale charm are the following : SHE DIED OF BEAUTY, SHE DIED OF KISSES, SHE DIED OF LOVE, SHE DIED OF PERFECTION and SHE DIED OF INDIVIDUALITY. The tees and canvas bags are manufactured solely using sustainable energy generated from wind and solar power. They have been spotted on various celebrities including Rihanna, Cheryl Cole and Alexa Chung and at £40 each and £20 for the bags, we can all feel stylish and green! ‘She Died of Beauty’ is available here.
